Fall, 2008 Monica Leap awarded the WTS North Carolina chapter scholarship. CTP Faculty to collaborate with the Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Center to evaluate SOPARC. Winter, 2007 Emily Yasukochi won the Helene M. Overly Memorial Scholarship from Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) North Carolina Chapter.
Winter, 2006 DCRP students and faculty to present at the 2007 TRB 86th Annual Meeting and host the 6th Annual DCRP Alumni Dinner.
Fall, 2006 Zachary Shahan received the American Planning Association's Environment, Natural Resources and Energy Division (ENRE) Student Fellowship award.
CTP participates in the new campus initiative: the Carolina Center for Sustainable Energy, Environment and Economic Development (CSEEED).
CTP joined the University of Tennessee selected to receive UTC Grants for 2007-2009.
