and practice
Dr. Malizia has extensive research experience in the areas of urban,
rural, and regional
development and redevelopment. He has authored or co-authored
four books and over 100
articles, chapters, reports, and other publications. He has
served as a consultant to private
developers and to nonprofit development and public agencies. During
leaves, Dr. Malizia has
worked in federal service and as a senior advisor to a major real estate
investment company.
